Pemberton, Green, Newcomb & Weis, located in Greenville, Texas, provides comprehensive legal services to individual and corporate clients in the north Texas area. The firm was founded in 1960 by Bill Pemberton (1923-1995). Individual lawyers focus in specific areas of law. (However, no member of the firm engages in the practice of family law.)

All of our attorneys are licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. (None are certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.)

Our firm has the highest rating available* from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Our AV rating, which is based on other area attorneys' assessments of our firm, indicates the firm's legal ability and general ethical standards are very high.

Most of our attorneys have been with Pemberton, Green, Newcomb & Weis for more than 30 years.
