A fifth generation native of Hunt County, Larry Green, Jr. has lived
in Greenville since 1969.
He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1995 and joined the firm the same
year. He holds a BV® peer review rating.
He attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, earning
a bachelor's degree in English in 1991. His law degree was conferred
by Baylor University in Waco in 1994.
He is a member of the Hunt County Bar Association and the State Bar
of Texas. He served as president of the Hunt County Bar Association
for 3 years.
Active in his church, Mr. Green also serves on the United Way of Hunt
County Board of Directors. He chaired the City of Greenville's Main
Street Advisory Board (2006-2007) and is former president and a current
board member of the Friends of Main Street. He is a member of the Hunt
County Memorial Hospital District Foundation board of directors and
a member of Rotary International. He also serves on the board of directors
of the Vanderbilt Alumni Association.
A musician himself, Mr. Green is volunteer coordinator of Greenville's
non-profit Threadgill
Concert Series, featuring Texas artists. He plays keyboard in "Blast
from the Past", a local 60's rock band that donates many of their
performances for local charitable events.
His areas of practice include Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate,
Guardianship, Elder Law and Long-term Care Planning, and Collections
and Creditor's Rights.
